About The Process
The work at Healing Towards Nityatva blends science and spirit through sound therapy, counselling, meditation, and energy work.
Sound is used as a bridge — a vibrational medicine that restores resonance in the body and mind. Singing bowls, gongs, and voice frequencies help calm the nervous system, slow down the mind, and open pathways for release.
Each session begins with gentle conversation to understand what needs attention — emotional, mental, or energetic. This is followed by sound immersion, chanting, or guided meditation that helps you relax into awareness. Energy alignment may be included, supporting balance at deeper levels.
The process is subtle yet transformative. Many experience ease, clarity, and emotional release; others find restful stillness and renewed vitality. It is not a substitute for medical care, but a complementary path — one that nurtures your own capacity to heal and reconnect with wholeness.

Shilpi Arora
Counsellor & Sound Therapist
I’m Shilpi Arora — counsellor, sound therapist, and energy healer — dedicated to helping individuals find alignment, release, and inner transformation. My journey began with a curiosity about healing that words alone couldn’t satisfy. While studying emotional well-being counselling, I discovered that sound and vibration communicate in ways the mind cannot — reaching deeper layers of awareness and calm. Over time, practices such as chanting, singing bowls, gong, meditation, and energy work have become integral to my approach. In my sessions, I combine talk therapy with vibrational and meditative tools to create a grounded, compassionate space for reflection and release. My work is guided by the belief that healing arises not from force, but from gentle resonance — allowing body, mind, and spirit to return to their natural state of balance.
